  • All payments to be made in pounds sterling

  • Nothing in these terms is intended to affect your statutory rights

  • You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery

  • Keengardener Ltd offer immediate replacement or refund on faulty goods

  • Keengardener Ltd offer replacement or refund, without quibble, on any goods returned unused and in good condition within 14 days

  • Due to product development, actual models may vary slightly from description or illustration, but remember you may return anything within 14 days, if you are not 100% satisfied

  • Customer support and service is available on 01789 763336 Monday to Friday 9-5

  • Complaints - hopefully our refund or replacement policy will minimise any complaints. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and if you do have any complaint at all please address it to William Pethick Managing Director at the contact details above and we will try to respond immediately and guarantee to answer all complaints within 7 days of receipt.

  • Delivery - we endeavour to dispatch goods on the day your order is received, except items where a longer delivery is quoted

  • Certain items are dispatched direct from the manufacturers and may be 2-3 working days before dispatch

  • We normally use Parcelforce 24 or 48hrs guaranteed delivery or first class post for smaller items in the UK, but please allow up to 14 days

  • Larger items contain information about expected delivery times on the page with their description. Our confirmation of order will confirm these details and in addition, with Garden structures, you will be advised of the actual delivery date prior to delivery

  • We no longer encourage overseas orders as carriage costs have become prohibitive. Where orders are placed we always E-mail overseas customers with an indication of delivery time and cost and await acknowledgment before proceeding, if it is possible to dispatch to the overseas address

  • We will also E-mail UK customers whenever delivery is expected to be delayed for any reason and you will be able to cancel your order if revised delivery is not acceptable

  • Not all items are available for delivery outside UK mainland

  • Failure to observe all product instructions, or have a gas heater installed by a competent engineer, or failure to provide sufficient ventilation for gas equipment, will invalidate any guarantee or any other legal responsibility Keengardener Ltd or the manufacturers may have

  • If arranging for third party instalation, we strongly recommend that no agreements are made until you take delivery and check the product, as Keengardener Ltd cannot be held liable for consequential loss or expense in late arrival or faulty goods.

  • Keengardener Ltd liability is limited to the value of the products purchased and we accept no liability for consequential or incidental loss

  • The site SSL security is provided by BT Webworld. You will enter the secure area of the site before entering your personal details on the secure order form.
