The Beehive Compost bin is not only extremely functional, it also makes a charming garden feature and can be used for numerous other functions, such as storing garden tools, recycling, log shelter et cetera. Compost is used to boost soil fertility thus producing strong healthy plants. Not every garden is large enough to accomodate an unattractive compost heap. It is constructed from 1" thick treated timber, which is derived from well managed conservation forests. The compost bin stacks in 4 individual sections which allows air to circulate and has opening section in the base to allow removal of compost. The Beehive Compost Bin is available unpainted or hand painted in sage green, forget-me-not blue, barley wood blue or white and measure approximately 2ft square by 3ft 1" tall. It has a hinged lid and removeable panel at the bottom. It comes ready assembled for use. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
