GALVANIZED BASE

Pre-fabricated from galvanized steel, the base is essential in guaranteeing a stable and secure foundation.. No need for construction of elaborate foundations, use this easy to install base in the knowledge that it is custom made to fit the AGL range of greenhouses and also give you a little extra headroom.

LOUVRE WINDOWS

Ventilation is essential in any greenhouse and replacing one or more panes with the AGL louvre panel will aid through ventilation. Unwanted air is extracted through ridge vents, allowing fresh air to enter via adjustable slats, to ensure draft free ventilation of your plants. Fits all our AGL greenhouses and others with 610mm (24") wide glazing panels. Height approx.. 45cm (18").
Also available in 24" high toughened glass option.

SOME ADVICE ON ORDERING LOUVRE WINDOWS

All AGL Louvre windows fit in 24" wide standard greenhouse panels. For an existing greenhouse measure the height of your panes of glass and order either 18" or 24" as appropriate.
(Note we only stock the toughened glass louvres because our price is the same as horticultural).

When ordering a new AGL greenhouse - The 18" louvre will replace a pane of glass in the plain gable end of most AGL greenhouses with horticultural glazing or a pane can be cut to fit if the 18" louvre is to be fitted in the side, except the 8 x 6 Silverline Lean-to which will not accept any louvre window. The 24" louvre replaces a standard 24" high side pane. For lean to greenhouses the 18" louvre is recommended for Silverline 10x6 upwards and the 24" is recommended for the Traditional lean to.
Fitting louvres in a toughened glass greenhouse can be more difficult as T/G cannot be cut.
Agl do not recommend any louvres to fit T/G magnum greenhouses. For Highgrove green greenhouses (except T/G magnum) order the 18" green louvre as the plain aluminium would spoil the effect of your stylish green finish.

RAINWATER KITS

Don't waste the water collected by your greenhouse roof. AGL stopend and downpipe slot into greenhouse gutter to channel rainfall into a water container. Kit contains one downpipe and therefore two kits are required for collection both sides.
Kits 1 is used on models 46/66/86/106.
Kit 2 for models 108/128/148

AUTO VENT

Automatic roof vent opener easily fitted to greenhouse roof vents will increase or reduce ventilation automatically according to the temperature, ensuring the desired balance of heat and humidity.

The addition of our free standing and easily assembled 1200mm (4ft) aluminium staging will not only provide you with extra work space and storage, it will also stop you having to bend and strain your back!

ALUMINIUM SHELF

Ideal for tucking away pesticides and fertilisers out of reach of those prying hands, this secure 1200mm (4ft) long x 150mm (6") deep aluminium shelf can be bolted directly onto the frame of your greenhouse.

NUTS & BOLTS ETC...

NUTS BOLTS & CLIPS

Glazing clips (top left) Clips that hold the panes of glass to the glazing bars in your greenhouse frame. Only necessary if original clips are lost or broken.

Screw Hooks (top right) These fit into the channel in the glazing bars, allowing items to be hung from them or for climbing wires to be fixed.

Nuts & Bolts (bottom left) Fit most aluminium greenhouses. Use to replace most nuts & bolts.

Retaining Clips (bottom centre) Z shaped clips that prevent the roof panes of glass from sliding off.

Cropped Head Nuts & Bolts (bottom right) Cropped head bolts to allow them to fit easily into the glazing bar. The accessory is then put on to the bolt

Replacement glazing strip (rough profile left) for all current AGL models except lean toos 18 metres
